OPIS:
A young girl, Ana, mute from the trauma caused by her mother’s untimely death, attends an excellent but very strict school run by her grandmother. Ana’s father is keen to take over the school as it is a very profitable business, but he intends to keep the same strict policies. However, the grandmother's illness brings her son, Salvador, home to help out. He discovers the deplorable conditions and decides to introduce several changes, including introducing music and laughter to the school. Herein begins the struggle between freedom and repression, liberal and conservative. In the end, the positive changes at the school turn Ana into a lively and talkative child and Salvador finds love with the school’s librarian, making everyone happy.
